Color the folder icon in Finder

Scripts for those of us who still don't find the recent mac OS labeling easy to look

Download the sample icons I've prepared for you from here, and they're ready to go!

After downloading it, unzip it and put it on your desktop.

But I recommend that you customize it for your own use.

If you put the file path of the icon you want to replace in the "iconFolderPath" of the script, it will work correctly.

How do I get Color icon?

Color icon  is a package built on the SoundFlow platform. To get it, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign up as a new SoundFlow user if you don't already have an account.

  2. Install the SoundFlow app on your Mac.

  3. Open up the SoundFlow app, click the "Store" tab

  4. Locate the 'Color icon' package by searching in the search field.

  5. Click the Install button.
