Batch Rename Disk File
After using batch rename for your clips, instead of hitting cmnd+shift+r and then hitting the 'enter' key a bunch of times (to rename the disk file), this tool automates the process. Especially usefual for post audio setup of a recorder after making tracks DPE ready.
All you need to do is select the tracks containing the clips you want to rename. Once the selection is made, press the "Rename Disk File" button. The tool will count the number of tracks (audio tracks only), select the whole timeline, and then open the Pro Tools rename window. Once the rename window is open, the tool will press enter for each clip selected and then a Sound Flow log will confirm the number of tracks that were renamed.
Currently, this tool will only work for tracks with a single clip on the timeline (such as a recorder for post production). I will try to update it soon with the ability to do multiple clips within a single track.
