Cycle Inserts by Category

Cycle through plugins by category on the first selected track.

When first run, you will be asked to allow a category lookup table to be created. This is required for the script to work.

It only needs to be done once and the table will be stored to disk.

If you add or update any plugins be sure to run the "Create / Refresh Plugin Categories" script in this package to update the lookup table otherwise newly added or updated plugins will be ignored.

If using an S1 or similar EuCon surface set EuCon Settings > General > Open windows on workspace when knobs assigned from DAW click:

to "Channel Mode Knobs" and the encoder knobs will automatically switch to the opened plugin.

How do I get Cycle Inserts by Category?

Cycle Inserts by Category  is a package built on the SoundFlow platform. To get it, please follow these steps:

1. Sign up as a new SoundFlow user if you don't already have an account.

2. Install the SoundFlow app on your Mac.

3. Open up the SoundFlow app, click the "Store" tab

4. Locate the 'Cycle Inserts by Category' package by searching in the search field.

5. Click the Install button.
