Dreamcatcher Strip Silence Extender
Apply the strip silence from one track onto multiple tracks in a selection.
Select regions / tracks you want affected (you probably already have them grouped).
Run this script.
Choose the reference track when prompted (where strip silence will be used).
Strip Silence window opens. Dial in, Click Strip, and Close Strip Silence window.
Script clears tracks to match the reference.
Note:
Strip Silence is optional. If you already have gaps set on your reference track, simply close the Strip Silence window and the gaps will be applied to the rest of the tracks.

Dreamcatcher Strip Silence Extender is a package built on the SoundFlow platform. To get it, please follow these steps:
Sign up as a new SoundFlow user if you don't already have an account.
Install the SoundFlow app on your Mac.
Open up the SoundFlow app, click the "Store" tab
Locate the 'Dreamcatcher Strip Silence Extender' package by searching in the search field.
Click the Install button.
